The November edition 12/2007 of the German magazine GameStar commended TEAM FORTRESS 2 with the PLATIN-AWARD for a computer game that is of excellent entertainment value: The game got 90 out of 100 possible points. Moreover the magazine stated in the subsequent December (2007) edition 01/2008: "... einer der cleversten und spaßigsten Multiplayer-Shooter der letzten Jahre ..."

And the newsletter GameSpy Daily reported on February 27th, 2008: "It's no secret that we at GameSpy love Team Fortress 2 like a brother -- or more specifically, like nine oddly-shaped brothers who wear awesome costumes and carry things like flamethrowers. The game has been an on-and-off obsession here at the GameSpy headquarters." Furthermore GameSpy’s community decided in 2007 that TEAM FORTRESS 2 is GAMERS’ CHOICE for the category PC Multiplayer in general. |
